• Engineered 16-pin sensor array prototype with Arduino microcontroller, linear potentiometers, and SD card data logging—designed and 3D-printed custom housing with compression springs to capture real-time deformation measurements from physical objects
• Developed Python-based 3D visualization pipeline integrating iPhone LiDAR scanning with deformation data—created side-by-side comparison tools using Trimesh and Plotly to visualize original vs. deformed states with displacement heatmaps
